Jerry Bruckheimer vuelve con Bad Boys y National Treasure

Uno de los genios de las palomitas, el director y productor Jerry Bruckheimer regresa con dos de sus producciones estrellas, Bad Boys 3 y National Treasure 3.
National Treasure se estrenó en 2004 dirigida por Jon Turteltaub y protagonizada por Nicolas Cage, cuyo éxito le llevó a realizar en 2007 National Treasure: El libro de los secretos. Recaudando igual que su primera parte, una buena cantidad de dinero. Jerry ha hablado estos días de esta tercera entrega de la saga, en la que Cage está confirmado para participar. Vía WonderCon nos llega el fragmento de entrevista con el productor:

– “Those are the hardest movies to make because they’re all based on clues. It’s so difficult to work them out. But, we got a first act in [on Friday], and Jon [Turteltaub] was very excited about it and I’m very excited about it. Hopefully, the first act will lead into the second act and the third act, and we’ll get this thing going.” –

Por su parte, también ha comentado que Bad Boys 3, tercera entrega de los dos anteriores films protagonizados por Will Smith y Martin Lawrence que dio inicio ya hace unos años, en 1995, por fin parece que empieza a moverse. Tras las dificultades de cuadrar las agendas de Smith, Lawrence y Michael Bay, ahora parece que Sony ha anunciado que David Guggenheim empezará con el guión de Bad Boys 3.
Así que tal vez pronto volvamos a ver en la gran pantalla a estos dos policías peculiares, interpretados por Smith y Lawrence junto la dirección de Michael Bay. Aunque todo está por empezar.

– “It’s so funny because we’ll get Sony real excited to make the movie, and then Will [Smith] is off doing two movies. And then, Will will come back and be real excited about it, and Sony will say, ‘Well, maybe it’s not the time for this.’ And then, Ride Along came out and was a big hit, and now they’re all excited to make the movie, but Will is off doing something else. It’s just trying to get everybody together to make it. But, we’re working on the script. We have a lot of faith and hope that we’ll do it.” –
